Wampit® will not be liable for any losses you suffer caused by any unauthorised use of your account.  However you could be liable for any losses Wampit® or its partners and affiliates suffer due to any unauthorised use.

You agree not to distribute in any medium any part of the Website, without Wampit®’s prior written authorisation.

You agree not to access any content within the Wampit® website through any technology or means other than the video playback, photo and content pages of the Website itself.

Content determined by Wampit® to be illegal, or to violate any local or national law or regulation or the rights of any other person or entity.

You shall be solely responsible for your own Business Submissions and the consequences of posting or publishing them. In connection with Business Submissions, you affirm, represent, and/or warrant that: you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorise Wampit® to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any and all Business Submissions to enable inclusion and use of the User Submissions in the manner contemplated by the website and these Terms of Use.

Wampit® and its directors reserve the right to remove and delete any content that it feels does not comply with these terms and conditions, is in anyway illegal, indecent or dishonest or could be seen as detrimental to the user experience of this service.  If your industry/business is regulated in anyway, it is your responsibility to clearly state any legally required statements on your advert..

You retain all of your ownership rights in your User Submissions. However, by submitting your Business to Wampit®, you hereby grant Wampit® a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the Business Submissions in connection with the Wampit® Website and Wampit®'s (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Wampit® Website (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels. You also hereby grant each user of the Wampit® Website a non-exclusive license to access your Business Submissions through the Website, and to use, reproduce, distribute, display and perform such User Submissions as permitted through the functionality of the Website and under these Terms of Service.

In connection with Business Submissions, you further agree that you will not submit material that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from their rightful owner to post the material and to grant Wampit® all of the license rights granted herein.

Wampit® does not endorse any Business Submission or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and Wampit® expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with Business Submissions. Wampit® does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on its Website, and Wampit® will remove all Content and User Submissions if properly notified that such Content or Business Submission infringes on another's intellectual property rights. Wampit® reserves the right to remove Content and Business Submissions at any time and without prior notice.

Wampit® will terminate a User's access to its Website if, under appropriate circumstances and under the terms of use, they are determined to be a repeat offender.

Wampit® reserves the right to decide whether Content or a Business Submission is appropriate and complies with these Terms of Use for violations other than copyright infringement and violations of intellectual property law, such as, but not limited to, pornography, obscene or defamatory material, or excessive length.

Wampit® may remove such Business Submissions and/or terminate a User's access for uploading such material in violation of these Terms of Use at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

Wampit® will provide one registration / advert listing for each business/branch in line with the terms in this policy.  Wampit® will automatically remove any listings it finds that violates this policy, and  activity will be reported to the administrator.  Please be aware that persistent offenders may be removed from Wampit® completely. 

All business data on the Wampit® website is either generated & compiled from individual business/user submissions or produced in whole or in part under license from, and based in whole or in part from various data providers.

If claiming/updating a business listing you commit to only claiming/updating business listings/business information where you are an authorised representative and have the express authority to enter into the terms of use of this service.  You must not use this website to create, verify or make any amendments to someone else's business listing and/or associated business information.

All products purchased will remain live on a business listing for 12 months from the date of purchase, and the product will expire at midnight on day 365.  Purchased products can be removed and/or amended at any time from within the "MyAccount" page once logged in.

Wampit® commits to providing all businesses with a "Hit Counter" within their "MyAccount" page that displays the number of times their listing has been displayed to a user, however cannot guarantee any response, click through, lead or conversion rates.

Wampit® cannot guarantee that your advert/listing will be visible across all browsers and all versions of browsers, however we will always endeavour to ensure that your advert is fully visible in the most common version of Internet Explorer.

Wampit® < /font>accepts no responsibility or liability for inaccurate content whether text, images, video or URL links as this is all supplied and/or created by the user.

Wampit® is responsible for the hosting and maintenance of your advertising product(s) and will endeavour to ensure your advert listing is displayed on the Internet, however we cannot guarantee a continuous service availability. 

You (The business) can terminate your business listing and/or purchased products at any time by logging into your account and either deleting the whole account or removing individual product(s)
